When you contact us
When you email our team, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments. We use this information to answer your enquiry and help with the product or order you are contacting us about.
If your message includes an order number, delivery details or photographs, these help us understand and resolve your request. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.
When you use a product enquiry form, we also record the product, the page URL where you submitted it, any UTM or campaign tags in that URL, and the referring page without its query details. We use this context to answer your question and understand where enquiries come from. It does not add you to our marketing list. The enquiry is kept privately in WordPress and a notification is sent to our team.
Website and account information

The website and email services process this information as part of operating the site and handling correspondence with our team.
