Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Standard delivery is £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is free on orders over £100. An order of exactly £100 has the standard delivery charge.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are normally dispatched on the next working day. We will let you know if an order cannot be dispatched as expected.
Once posted, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day; deliveries can include Saturdays. This is a delivery aim, not a guaranteed next-day service, and some postcodes may take longer.
30-day returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy. To arrange a return, email info@jhssupplies.co.uk with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. We will help arrange a parcel drop-off or collection. The returns address is JHS Supplies, 23 Suffolk Grove, Leigh, WN7 4TA. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the method and any charge.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage or collection charge. We will confirm the available method and its cost before you send the item.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, appears faulty or differs from its description, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us advise on the next step. We will explain the return arrangements that apply to your case.
Your consumer rights
Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. For most online consumer purchases, you can tell the seller you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then have another 14 days to return them. Where this right applies, the refund includes the standard outward delivery charge. Faulty or misdescribed items carry separate rights. Read the GOV.UK guidance on returns and refunds.

Email us with your order number before posting the item. We will arrange a suitable drop-off or collection method and confirm any charge you need to pay.
