Using product information
Our product pages and guides help you identify and compare models. Check the exact model number, power requirements, compatibility, included contents and packaging description when choosing a product.
Manufacturer instructions provide the detailed requirements for installation and use. A product description or general guide does not assess an individual property or confirm the suitability of a complete alarm system. Consult a competent installer for installation or system-design advice.
Product enquiries
For a current price, availability or a detail about an item, contact our team with the brand and exact model number. If you are replacing an existing product, include its model number so we can help you find the relevant manufacturer information.
Where a repacked option is offered, read the condition, contents and packaging information for that particular option. The packaging label alone does not establish the product’s condition or manufacturer warranty.
Delivery and returns
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales using Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £3.99, with free delivery on orders over £100. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland. We offer 30-day returns. Visit our delivery and returns page for details and instructions for contacting the team about a return.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Links to manufacturer websites
Links to external product documents and manufacturer websites provide further information about specific models. Those websites are operated by their respective owners.
